Delete Policy – Smart India Recharge
1. Your Right to Request Data Deletion
Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data collected and stored by Smart India Recharge / Smart India Recharge, operated by Smart India Recharge. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal details (e.g., name, address, phone number, email)
- KYC documents and identification details (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, bank details)
- Transaction records
- Any other information collected during the use of our services
2. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data from Smart India Recharge / Smart India Recharge, you may:

- Contact our customer support via phone or WhatsApp
Include the following:
- Your full name
- Registered mobile number or email
- (Optional) Specific data you wish to delete
3. Verification Process
To ensure the security of your data, we will verify your identity before processing deletion requests. This may include:
- A copy of your government-issued photo ID
- Confirmation of registered account details
- OTP verification or callback from our support team
4. Processing Timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 15 business days of successful verification. If there are delays due to legal, technical, or compliance issues, we will notify you with an expected timeline.
5. Exceptions to Deletion
Certain data may be retained as per legal and regulatory requirements. These include:
- Anti-money laundering (AML) or tax-related obligations
- Legal compliance or fraud prevention
- Dispute resolution or enforcement of Terms of Use
All retained data will be securely stored until no longer legally required.
6. Consequences of Deletion
Upon deletion:
- Your Smart India Recharge account will be permanently deactivated
- All personal data and transaction history will be removed
- You will lose access to the Smart India Recharge platform and its services
- Re-registration will be required for future use
